Zül-Qarnaįn Talks 'Black Romance'

New Orleans native, Zül-Qarnaįn is a hip-hop artist who infuses local and international vibes into his conscious music. From a tribute to the Black national anthem (Lift Every Voice and Sing), to reflections on self-love and systemic incongruity, Zül is putting all the cards on the table in his new song entitled "Black Romance". 

"Black Romance", he explains, "is a tribute to the greatness of the Black Woman & Man in America. In spite of all the traps and systemic injustices put in place to stop our growth and development, the Black American as a whole continues to flourish, influence, and be a catalyst to the worlds of black culture."
