Mushu Drops Hot Single, 'Rolling the dice' Ft. Micwise, Talks About His Creative Process

There is a rising rapper named Mushu who you need not sleep on. He just dropped a single entitled Rolling the dice featuring Micwise. The song showcases Mushu's talent as an artist, his solid lyrical skills as an emcee, and it will most definitely help him build rap cred.

Mushu grew up in Seattle, Washington, but is currently living in Cleveland, Ohio.  He's incredibly independent and multifaceted. "I produce, write, record, mix, and master everything myself from home," he said.

He has an original sound that feels like dark metal and EDM hosted a basement rap battle. His low pitched voice yet high intensity delivery give this song a special energy.

You see that gleam. You see that shimmer.Acting so mean, I could eat you for dinner. Bon appetit, I just cut you a sliver."

Although he just started posting his music this year, Mushu has put a lot of work into getting where he is today. "I've spent years just practicing, teaching myself more and more every day."

With regard to his creative process, Mushu says, he tried to make the music as original and "authentically me" as he could. "With every project, I plan to continue switching up the vibe to keep things very interesting. I like playing a specific character with each release to really capture the vibe I'm creating."
